Early bird meeting prices are available until January 21, 2019. Pricing is as follows:
The banquet is a chance for us to come together and celebrate our award winners, listen to our current president address the Society, and catch up with friends and colleagues.
The banquet will be a buffet-style dinner for $70 per person ($60 for students) and include:
This breakfast will allow early career professionals and students to network with leaders in the field of cross-cultural psychology in a comfortable and low-key atmosphere. It provides our senior colleagues the chance to give back to the field by meeting with and mentoring their younger colleagues (and to help subsidize their breakfast!). The breakfast will include fruit and vegetable juices, pastries and breads, butter and preserves, coffee, and tea.
As we all know, the future vitality of the Society depends upon welcoming and mentoring students. Please consider helping us support more students as they attend our conference.
This year, SCCR will offer Continuing Education (CE) credits for those who may need them. In order to get CE credits at the conference, please check the box on the registration form, and $55 will be added to your registration fee. This one-time $55 fee will allow you to earn as many CE credits as possible (and as are available) at the conference.
If you believe your presentation should be considered as Continuing Education (CE) for psychologists, please check this box. This will ensure your submission will be considered as CE, but does not guarantee it will be designated as CE.
SCCR is partnering with Seattle Pacific University to co-sponsor CE for Psychologists at the 2019 Annual Meeting. Across the four days of the conference, multiple sessions will be offered for CE*. To obtain CE you must be registered (or register onsite) for SCCR and (a) register and pay the $55 CE registration fee; (b) sign in/out of each CE-approved session you attend; and (c) complete an online CE evaluation for each session for which you signed in/out. Within 2 weeks following the convention, links to the online evaluations will be e-mailed to you. When you complete them, Certificates of CE Completion will be auto-generated and instantly emailed to you. Sessions that are eligible for CE will be marked in the program, and a separate printed list will be available at the conference. *The Department of Clinical Psychology at Seattle Pacific University is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Department of Clinical Psychology at Seattle Pacific University maintains responsibility for this program and its content. For more information contact APA_CE@spu.edu
